    Choose access permissions and an expiration. Revocation closes access; archiving only organizes your list.

Publishing a new version does not inherit an older version's approval. Previous records remain tied to the bytes and message actually shared.

Access is a separate choice.

An expiration or revocation controls access. Restoring a file from trash does not silently reopen an old link.

Export available delivery files and records. Completed decisions and retained versions survive recoverable trash.

No invented promises.

Workspace access
Controlled preview until its operating and safety checks are complete.
Formats & quotas
Delivery uploads support PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP. The account shows its configured size, storage and transfer allowances; retained versions and trash use storage.
Recipient identity
Possessing a shared link does not verify identity. An opening or download is not an approval.
Work approvals
Recorded decisions about a version, without a claim of universally certified legal signatures.
Recovery & retention
Restore available bytes privately. No permanent-storage guarantee or unapproved deletion deadline.
Existing files
The existing sharing tool is preserved. Delivery-workspace trial access does not unlock its legacy uploader.
